Trials Registration Form

Trials terms and conditions:

 

Please ensure that all participants bring their own practice attire, refreshments, a copy of their ID, and a copy of their birth certificate or passport. We welcome individuals of all genders aged 6 and above to take part. Each participant will be required to pay a non-refundable administration fee of R150 to join our trials. The team reserves the right to select any player at our discretion, and if not selected, the fee will not be refunded as it contributes to administrative costs. Decisions made by the team are final, and those selected will be informed on the day of the trials and provided with registration letters to start the registration process immediately. The club will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur; it is the responsibility of the player or their parents to ensure that appropriate protective gear is worn and to disclose any illnesses or allergies prior to the start of the trials.

 

NB: Remember to bring along proof of R150 tirals payment on the day of the trials.
