Rules and regulations:
I/We the undersigned, agree to pay the full amount fee of R650.00 for club or the R800.00 monthly fee if the child is in Chalton Vos College and give permission for my son/daughter to travel with the club to all the games and trips that the club shall undertake. Please note that the payment for the first month after joining it will be double (e.g R1300 for R650 and R1600 for R800), this is for the player's registration and training kit.
I agree that I will pay the monthly fee for the whole 12 months and I know it must be paid from January until end of December 2025.
Should you wish to cancel your membership a one calendar month notice must be given by sending email to our email address listed and a payment of the current month and next month must be paid and any old fees owed to the club before the membership is cancelled. No contract cancellation will be allowed after the 15th of August 2025, you will be liable to pay the whole membership fees till end of December as stipulated should you wish to terminate after the cut off date (15 August 2025) . No refund shall be given , but if have overpaid it can be allocated to the coming months or to any trip upcoming for the team but there will be no refund given for whatever reason that may arise. Note once kit size ordered it cannot be returned unless there was error from the suppliers side , it is the parents/players responsibility to make sure all information sent on the groups before kit orders are read and noted in time, failure to do so one cannot complain for spelling error or any errors on kit after ordering .
Indemnity form:
I/We the undersigned being parents /guardians of the player here by indemnify, hold harmless and absolve the Management and Coaches of Orchards United Football Club, acting in good faith as agents of the board of Orchards United Football Club, against all claims whatsoever as may arise from contracting Covid-19 or any other virus/sickness, Accident or injury or Death to, or any loss or damage to the property of , the above names player, which may occur whilst on Fields premises or as part of official club function, activity or visit (including all traveling) away from the Home Grounds or arising there from or in consequence thereof.
The Management and Coaches of Orchards United Football Club will act in loco parentis and at all times will exercise such behaviour towards the above named player and exercise such control as is consistent with that of a reasonable parent. No responsibility by the management and staff, acting as agents of the board of Orchards United Football club, can be taken for injury, death and accident which occurs as a result of a breach of Club guidelines, rules and regulations as and where perpetrated by the above names player.
I/we the undersigned, agree that in event of the above named player requiring emergency medical attention which may or may involve administration of anesthetic and an operation by a suitably qualified medical practitioner/specialist, due permission and authorisation may, in such instances, be given by the Management or any other member of the Orchards United Football Club coaching staff authorized so to do. Such a decision will be made on the clear understanding that the person providing the necessary consent is acting in loco parentis and acting as a responsible parent in giving the approval.
Notwithstanding the above provisions, approval notification of indemnity does not in way remove or deny Player or Parent(s) / Guardian(s) those safeguards which are afforded according to the laws of South Africa, under whose jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all others , this indemnity pertains.
I, the parents / Guardian, shall be responsible for the payment of any medical and / or hospital accounts, where applicable should an injury or illness be sustained for which ever reason.
The staff of Orchards United Football Club and the designated driver(s) do the necessary safety checks and all precautions are taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone.
